RYM was started by Jaye Ward, a proud member of the generation z. After noticing a deficit in dark humored minimalism, he set out to make the world a more talkative place for the people who like to be a little more evil, yet clean.

Who makes this stuff?

Currently we're using an outside manufacturer handle printing and shipping. Ideally this will change as volume increases. Shopify is used for our storefront. The designs are all created by Jaye unless otherwise stated. Check the description of the products for more details.

I have a problem, who can I complain to?

The best person to contact would be Jaye, his email is jaye@rotyourmind.com. Please describe your issue thoroughly so it can be resolved in a timely manner.

Can I get this product in _____?

No. Monochrome Black / White / Grey is all that we will ever offer. Except for special occasions

Shipping

It takes on average 3 to 5 days for our manufacturer to create your item and after that it will ship from either Charlotte, NC or San Diego, CA. Shipping time depends on your location relative to those locations

Refunds

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at the email below. Generally refunds will only be given out for misprints, or damages. We do not refund buyer's remorse or do size exchanges. Use the sizing graph on products' page. Lost Packages / Mis-mailed items will not be refunded so double check that your address is correct. Contact your shipping provider if you have any issues in transit, there's not much we can do here.

We also send a report to our manufacturer to per request of refund. Their decision on claiming responsibility could potentially influence our decision to refund you depending on what the issue is.
